DANIEL KAUFMAN
Daniel Kaufman has dedicated almost his entire legal career to helping those who were injured due to the neglect of others. Mr. Kaufman graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991 and since his first job he has been litigating personal injury claims in and out various courthouses in the State of Florida.
Mr. Kaufman handles his cases from sign up until conclusion. He has represented thousands of clients both in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Kaufman has had the privilege of representing clients and families in almost all types of legal matters involving injury and neglect including but not limited to wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, car crashes, premises liability, fall-downs as well as first party claims.
Although some cases resolve quickly, Mr. Kaufman personally handles all of his clients’ cases that must be litigated in the Courthouse. In addition to representing injured victims, Mr. Kaufman taught at the Nova Southeastern School of Law for almost 20 years. He taught students how to perform in Court, how to try a case to verdict and how to handle depositions and hearings. As a mentor, Mr. Kaufman maintains a relationship with many of his former students who are now practicing law themselves.
Each client that Mr. Kaufman represents receives Mr. Kaufman’s personal cell phone where he makes himself available 24/7 either by call or text. Mr. Kaufman is an AV Rated Preeminent Lawyer recognized by Martindale Hubbell, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.
When not practicing law, Mr. Kaufman is an active volunteer with the Make A Wish Foundation and the local Public School System. He has volunteered for both organizations for over the past 20 years was previously voted the YMCA Volunteer of the Year for his local YMCA.
