Our Team

Bradley Asnis

Bradley Asnis was born in Philadelphia in 1967. He attended Emory University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. He graduated law school at the University of Miami in May of 1989. After graduating law school, Mr. Asnis worked for the U.S. government in the Small Business Administration. Since 1994, he has specialized in workers compensation and personal injury law. Mr. Asnis is a member of both the Florida and Pennsylvania Bars. He is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Asnis is a member of the Trial Lawyers section of the Florida Bar and is a longstanding member of Florida Workers Advocates (FWA). FWA is Florida’s premier organization of claimant attorneys, dedicated to protecting and defending the workforce of Florida. Mr. Asnis is also “AV” rated by Martindale Hubble’s peer rating system, the highest rating achievable for both legal abilities and ethics. In addition to practicing law In South Florida, including Monroe County up through the Tampa-Orlando area, he is married with three children and has lived in South Florida for the past 30 years.

Michael Srebnick

Michael Srebnick is a founding member and partner in the law firm of Asnis, Srebnick & Kaufman, LLC. Created in 2001, the firm specializes in protecting the rights of the injured throughout the state. He has been practicing worker’s compensation and personal injury law in the state of Florida for over 30 years. Graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in psychology in 1985, Srebnick went on to study law at the University of Miami, graduating with Cum Laude honors in 1989.

Since 1999, Mr. Srebnick has been “AV” rated by Martindale Hubble’s peer rating system, the highest rating achievable for both legal abilities and ethics. For more than twenty years he has been vigorously pursuing his clients’ rights in cases where personal injury or death has been the result of injuries in the workplace or negligence.

Mr. Srebnick is a longstanding member of Florida Workers Advocates (FWA). He was FWA Treasurer from June 2015 through June 2018, and remains a District Member of the Board of Directors. He is also currently a member of the Executive Counsel of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Srebnick is a State Certified Mediator as well.

Daniel Kaufman

Daniel Kaufman has dedicated almost his entire legal career to helping those who were injured due to the neglect of others. Mr. Kaufman graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1991 and since his first job he has been litigating personal injury claims in and out of various courthouses in the State of Florida. 

Mr. Kaufman handles his cases from sign up until conclusion. He has represented thousands of clients both in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Kaufman has had the privilege of representing clients and families in almost all types of legal matters involving injury and neglect, including but not limited to: wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, car crashes, premises liability, fall-downs, as well as first party claims.

Although some cases resolve quickly, Mr. Kaufman personally handles all of his clients’ cases that must be litigated in the Courthouse. In addition to representing injured victims, Mr. Kaufman taught at the Nova Southeastern School of Law for almost 20 years. He taught students how to perform in Court, how to try a case to verdict and how to handle depositions and hearings. As a mentor, Mr. Kaufman maintains a relationship with many of his former students who are now practicing law themselves.

Each client that Mr. Kaufman represents receives Mr. Kaufman’s personal cell phone where he makes himself available 24/7 either by call or text. Mr. Kaufman is an AV Rated Preeminent Lawyer recognized by Martindale Hubbell, a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. 

When not practicing law, Mr. Kaufman is an active volunteer with the Make A Wish Foundation and the local Public School System. He has volunteered for both organizations for over the past 20 years, and was previously voted the YMCA Volunteer of the Year for his local YMCA.

Glenys Domingo

Associate

Glenys Domingo was born in La Habana, Cuba, and arrived in Miami, Florida, where she currently resides. She attended undergraduate school at Florida International University and graduated Cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Political Science. She attended law school at St. Thomas University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned nine CALI Book Awards for achieving the highest grade in the class.

After graduating from law school, Mrs. Domingo practiced in the areas of condominium law, homeowner’s insurance, real estate, and commercial litigation. Mrs. Domingo currently specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury law, where she is dedicated to representing the rights of injured persons and workers. Recently, the Florida Statewide Nominating Commission for Judges of Compensation Claims nominated Mrs. Domingo for the Governor’s consideration to fill a judicial position in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mrs. Domingo is fluent in Spanish; she is married and the mother of one child. She enjoys spending time with her family and consistently getting her clients the best results.

Andrew Kagan

Associate

Andrew Kagan was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he currently resides. He obtained dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and Florida International University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and finance, respectively.

Andrew attended law school at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where he finished each semester on the Dean’s List and graduated Cum Laude. Additionally, Andrew was able to obtain practical experience while in law school by participating in the College’s Small Business Clinic, as well as their intensive trial advocacy course.

After graduating from law school, Andrew joined Asnis, Srebnick, & Kaufman and has been with the firm ever since. He currently focuses his practice and assists clients in matters of workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and nursing home negligence.

Andrew is currently a member of the Workers Compensation Section and the Young Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
