Michael Srebnick

Michael Srebnick is a founding member and partner in the law firm of Asnis, Srebnick & Kaufman, LLC. Created in 2001, the firm specializes in protecting the rights of the injured throughout the state. He has been practicing worker’s compensation and personal injury law in the state of Florida for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in psychology in 1985 and went on to study law at the University of Miami, graduating with Cum Laude honors in 1989.
Mr. Srebnick is “AV” rated by Martindale Hubble’s peer rating system, the highest rating achievable for both legal abilities and ethics, since 1999. For more than twenty years he has been vigorously pursuing his clients’ rights in cases where personal injury or death has been the result of injuries in the workplace or negligence.

Mr. Srebnick is a longstanding member of Florida Workers Advocates (FWA). He was FWA Treasurer from June 2015 through June 2018, and remains a District Member of the Board of Directors. He is also currently a member of the Executive Counsel of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Srebnick is a State Certified Mediator as well.
